With roots in hospitality, project management, and design, I will bring a thoughtful, structured approach to wedding planning and design that allows my clients to feel supported, confident, and fully present throughout the experience.
I began my career in the wedding industry in 2009, working for another planning and design company. I quickly recognized it as the place where all my strengths naturally converged. I launched my own business in 2016, building on more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, where I developed a deep understanding of service, flow, and guest experience. My background also includes five years in corporate project management roles, where I honed my ability to manage complex logistics, refine processes, and lead with clarity.
My work is informed by a lifelong appreciation for the arts, interior design, and music — influences shaped in part by my sweet life with my husband, a professional musician.
These creative foundations, paired with a highly organized and intentional planning approach, allow my to design wedding weekends that feel personal, grounded, and deeply reflective of my clients.
Every couple brings a new story, and Chelsea approaches each celebration with fresh perspective and care. It is a privilege to be entrusted with such meaningful moments, and she is honored to guide her clients through one of the most memorable weekends of their lives.
You may come to us with a clear vision for your wedding weekend — or simply a sense of how you want it to feel for you and your guests. Either way, your life is full. You’re building a career, managing commitments, and you don’t have the time or interest to learn the inner workings of the wedding industry to curate an experience at this level.
That’s where we come in. We create a clear, organized planning process designed specifically for you — one that fits into your life, respects your time, and provides confident guidance at every stage. You’ll know what’s being handled, what decisions matter most, and when your attention is needed.
Being engaged and getting married is a meaningful transition — the beginning of a new chapter with the person you love. You want to enjoy it, feel present, and move through the experience with a sense of calm. You want to share this moment with the people who matter most, tell your story through the weekend, and truly experience it as it unfolds. That level of presence is only possible with a planner who understands both the emotional significance and the operational demands — and knows how to hold both with care.
Our planning approach is grounded in structure, clarity, and thoughtful leadership. We take ownership of the logistics early, breaking a complex wedding weekend into clear phases with defined priorities, timelines, and decision points. This allows our clients to stay focused on their lives and careers while remaining informed and confident throughout the process — never overwhelmed, never guessing what comes next.
Alongside that structure, we design with intention and restraint. Every decision is guided by how the weekend should feel, how guests will move through the experience, and how the setting can be honored rather than overstyled. By pairing disciplined planning with refined, personal design, we create wedding weekends that unfold with ease — allowing our clients to arrive fully present and enjoy the celebration without distraction.
